In 2024, the international financial service NovaPay (TM NovaPay) completed 418 million transfers, an 18% increase compared to 2023.
According to a press release on Tuesday, the total value of transfers via the system in 2024 reached 308.5 billion UAH, marking a 31% growth from the previous year.
Additionally, charitable foundations used NovaPay to complete 1,500 transfers, amounting to 32.5 million UAH.

In 2024, NovaPay set a record by processing 2.57 million transactions in one day, with a maximum processing speed of 65 transactions per second.
The company also contributed about 1.5 billion UAH to the country's budget in 2024, which is 23% more than in 2023.
NovaPay also invested 5.9 million UAH in Ukraine's victory, marking another important step toward a common goal.
Since its establishment over 12 years ago, NovaPay has provided online and offline payment services across more than 3,600 locations of Nova Poshta. The service was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an expanded license from the National Bank, enabling account opening and card issuance.
As of December 1, 2024, NovaPay issued 449,110 payment cards, with 123,340 active cards (at least one transaction in November). With a market share of 0.22%, the company ranks 17th in the market, trailing behind leaders PrivatBank (29.28 million active cards) and mono (9.86 million active cards). In early 2024, NovaPay had issued just 13,000 cards.
By December, NovaPay also installed 10,710 payment terminals, compared to 3,430 at the start of the year. The company had set up its first 10 self-service devices. With a 2.1% market share, NovaPay surpassed Ukrposhta (1.4%) and ranked fifth in the market, where PrivatBank is the dominant leader with a 60.7% share.
