On the night of April 23, 2025 (from 9:30 PM on April 22), the Russian forces attacked with 134 strike UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles imitating other types) from launch areas in Kursk, Bryansk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Chauda, Hvardiyiske (Crimea).
The air attack was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
As of 9:30 AM, 67 Shahed-type UAVs (and other types) were confirmed shot down in the east, north, south, and central parts of the country.
47 imitation UAVs were lost without negative consequences.
The attack affected the regions of Kharkiv, Poltava, Donetsk, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia.
