Further to a the rocket attack and the hit on the nine-story building of the Nikolaev Regional Military Administration. Its central section from the ninth to the first floor was destroyed without subsequent burning.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Russian attack struck at about 08:45.
As of 09:25, nine wounded were released from the rubble by the State Emergency Service. The people were handed over to the doctors. For search and rescue operations, 56 people and 10 pieces of equipment were involved from the State Emergency Service.
The Head of the Military Administration of Nikolaev, Vitaly Kim, got in touch and said that he was not injured. The blow fell on the section where the Governor's office is located. He was not at work.
Vitaly Kim said that 3 soldiers and 8 civilians were under the rubble of the administrative building. Rescuers are clearing the wreckage and looking for victims.
