On the night of June 18, Deep Strike units of the Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with the insurgent movement inside Russia called “Black Spark,” struck the Rostovnefteprodukt oil depot and a fuel and lubricants storage base in the town of Gukovo in Russia’s Rostov region, which supported the region’s transport system and military logistics of the Russian army.
The Special Operations Forces command reported this on Facebook.

Several SOF drones reached their targets. Fires and destruction were recorded at the sites.
The targeted facilities are part of a system for storing, transshipping, and distributing fuel, including gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products. The Rostov region is a key rear area for Russian military groupings in southern and eastern Ukraine. The struck targets had dual use, supporting both the civilian transport system of the region and the Russian military logistics.
