The number of people injured in the Russian missile strike on Sumy has increased to 89, including 11 children, according to the State Emergency Service on Telegram.

"The number of injured from the missile strike in Sumy has risen to 89, including 11 children," the statement said.

 

The Sumy City Council reported that a response center will operate throughout the day to address the aftermath of the strike.

"Today, until 5:00 PM, a response center will be open at Kindergarten No. 9 to handle claims for housing inspections and provide consultations on other matters," the city council announced.

 

Residents are required to bring their passport, tax identification number, and property ownership documents.

Additionally, authorities urge citizens to report any building or structural damage by contacting the 102 hotline for official documentation.

On the evening of November 17, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile at a residential building in Sumy.
