Anastasia Samko won "bronze" in the personal championship of swordsmen.
In the quarterfinals, the woman from Kyiv defeated the Romanian Alexandra Predescu in the extra minute - 10:9, and in the semifinals she lost minimally to Reci Galfalvi from Hungary - 14:15.
The European U23 Fencing Championships are held in Tallinn from 27 to 31 May. 20 athletes at these competitions represent Ukraine.
