The UK Foreign Secretary, James Cleverly, stated that Hamas should primarily be held responsible for the death of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.
He mentioned on his Twitter account that Hamas is the greatest threat to the Palestinians.
He stated, "They hide in hospitals and schools, using women and children as human shields. The death of any civilian, whether Palestinian or Israeli, is a tragedy. The cause of these deaths is Hamas."
