The startup Jump, which has created a platform to help freelancers manage administrative, financial, and professional tasks, has announced the raising of €11 million in Series A funding. Among the investors is the Ukrainian venture fund Roosh Ventures.

Jump is a universal platform for freelancers, founded in 2021 by Nicolas Faillon, Thibaut Coulon, and Maxime Boucher. Jump provides freelancers with the opportunity to access health insurance and other benefits typically available to regular employees. It also offers tools that help them manage administrative, financial, and professional tasks.

Currently, nearly 2,000 freelancers are using the Jump platform, with an annual business volume of €150 million, according to Roosh Ventures.

The round was led by the pan-European fund Breega, with participation from Index Ventures, RAISE Seed For Good, Atletico Ventures, Inovexus, Mozza Angels, and Side Angels.

The funds raised will be used to scale Jump's operations in France, Europe, and the UK. The startup also plans to double its team by 2025 to promote the platform among generations Y and Z.

“We are excited about how Jump is transforming the freelance and self-employment market through its innovative all-in-one platform. By combining key services such as accounting, payroll, and compliance into a single subscription, Jump is making freelancers' lives significantly easier. Given that the French market alone is valued at €2.6 billion, the potential for growth—both geographically and through new products—is substantial. We are ready to support innovative companies that simplify professional life with our investments. We look forward to seeing how Jump continues to shape the future of the industry,” said Adam Gashchishin, Principal at Roosh Ventures.
