The United States has officially confirmed that they sent a list of "priority reforms" to Kyiv and international donors. The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has verified that the United States provided the proposed list of priority reforms for Ukraine for further discussion.
Within the framework of an ongoing dialogue with Ukraine and interested parties in Ukraine's future success, the United States has shared the proposed list of priority reforms for discussion and feedback within the framework of the Donor Coordination Platform in Brussels.
The list is provided as a basis for consultations with the Ukrainian government and key partners as part of their ongoing support for Ukraine and its efforts to integrate into Europe, a goal strongly supported by the United States.
The purpose of this letter is to identify priorities and coordinate reform efforts between Ukraine and key stakeholders.
"As President Biden mentioned during his meeting with President Zelenskyy at the White House, "just as we're committed to helping Ukrainians secure their nation now, we're also committed to helping them recover and rebuild for their future lives, including supporting reforms to combat corruption, creating an environment where businesses can thrive, and where American and European businesses will want to invest."
