In "Nagorno-Karabakh," it has been reported that the unrecognized republic will cease to exist as of January 1.
"President of Karabakh" Samvel Shahramanyan has ordered the dissolution of all state institutions and organizations under their jurisdiction by January 1, 2024, according to Radio Liberty.
The population of Karabakh, especially those residing outside the republic, is recommended to "familiarize themselves with the terms of reintegration presented by Azerbaijan in order to make an independent and individual decision regarding their potential stay in Nagorno-Karabakh" after the enactment of this decree.
The decree is stated to take effect immediately upon publication.
