More than a hundred heads of state and government are set to gather on Monday, January 15, in the Swiss town of Davos for the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), as mentioned in the WEF press release.
The 54th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, which will run until January 19, is convened under the theme "Restoring Trust" to provide a crucial space to step back and focus on fundamental principles of trust, including transparency, accountability, and consistency.
Over 100 government representatives from around the world, key international organizations, 1,000 Forum partner companies, as well as leaders from civil society, prominent experts, young leaders, social entrepreneurs, and the media will participate in WEF.
The forum's program will consist of four interconnected priorities: "Achieving Security and Cooperation in a Fractured World," "Creating Growth and Jobs for the New Era," "Artificial Intelligence as a Driving Force for the Economy and Society," and "Long-term Strategy for Climate, Nature, and Energy."
