As a result of a massive Russian attack on the morning of November 17, two employees of the Ukrenergo substation were killed.

This was reported by the company's press service.

According to Ukrenergo, the victims were Dmytro Kaminnyi and Maksym Sharhorodskyi.

"Dmytro Kaminnyi was 41 years old. He worked at "Ukrenergo" for 16 years. Since 2012, he had been a dispatcher at one of the electrical substations, where he was killed today. His ten-year-old daughter is now left without a father. Colleagues and family will remember Dmytro as a professional in his field, a reliable friend, a loving husband, and a devoted father.

Maxym Sharhorodskyi died at the age of 44. He had worked at the "Ukrenergo" substation since 2005, initially as an electrical fitter and electrical installer, later taking on the duties of a dispatcher. From the beginning of the full-scale war until May 2023, Maxym was mobilized. After returning, he continued working as an electrical installer. His 14-year-old daughter is also now left without a father."
