Ukraine and Norway have extended the "transport visa-free regime" until June 30, 2025.

This agreement, announced by the Ministry of Restoration of Ukraine, allows Ukrainian and Norwegian carriers to conduct bilateral and transit transportation without needing additional permits.

The visa-free arrangement applies to Euro-5 and higher standard trucks, though drivers must carry an environmental certificate and a transportation license extract.

The "transport visa-free regime" is already in place with 37 countries, including EU member states. It simplifies international freight transportation by eliminating the need for numerous permits previously required for Ukrainian trucks to enter Europe.

In the past year, Ukraine has also secured similar agreements with North Macedonia, Turkey, Moldova, and Georgia.
