UkraineInvest is supporting the new Terwin investment project for the construction of logistics hubs with an investment of approximately $500 million, according to a press release from UkraineInvest.
The CEO of UkraineInvest, Serhiy Tsivkach, and Terwin founder Ruslan Shostak signed a corresponding memorandum for further support.
Terwin is initiating an investment project to build logistics hubs covering 1 million square meters in four regions of Ukraine.
"The investment volume will exceed $500 million. This is an innovative project with renewable energy sources, a complete waste processing and recycling cycle, and comprehensive infrastructure with the potential for further expansion to $1 billion," the statement reads.
According to Terwin's founder, there is a shortage of 500,000 square meters of warehouse space in the Kyiv region and an additional 500,000 square meters across Ukraine.
"Based on this, we started the construction of a Logistics Hub, which includes four complexes in four regions of Ukraine (Odessa, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv). Construction of the first phase in the Odesa region has already begun," noted Shostak.
UkraineInvest will provide informational, consultative, and organizational support during the preparation and implementation of their projects. Additionally, it will facilitate effective cooperation between investors and government authorities.
