Preparations for the largest international investment event focused on Ukrainian defense tech – the Defense Tech Valley summit – are gaining momentum.

"Over 700 participants from more than 40 countries have already registered for the summit, including nearly 300 Ukrainian developers, over 100 investors, as well as government officials, military personnel, business representatives, and defense experts," writes Brave1

Defense Tech Valley offers a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends in defense innovations and how the Ukrainian industry is becoming a hub for the global defense tech market.

Panel discussions will feature speakers such as government officials, representatives of the security and defense forces, investors, Ukrainian and international developers, and experts. Among the keynote speakers:

◾ Mike Hewitt, U.S. Navy Admiral, co-founder and CEO of the international company IP3
◾ Martin Jozar, Program Manager of the EU Defense Innovation Office in Kyiv
◾ Eveline Buchatsky, Managing Partner of the global investment fund D3 Defense Tech Fund
◾ Ragnar Sass, angel investor and founder of the Darkstar Coalition
◾ Dan Hermansen, former member of the Royal Danish Air Force and CEO of MyDefence
◾ Perry Boyle, co-founder of MITS

Also developers will have the chance to pitch their projects to investors, and businesses will witness the scale of the Ukrainian defense tech industry firsthand.

Workshops are also planned, where summit participants can delve deeper into the legal, financial, and technical aspects of developing a defense tech business in Ukraine.

Guest registration will remain open until 12:00 on October 1.
