Ukrainian hackers have attacked a number of government as well as local portals, including, for example, the "Troika" transit payment system.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to Ministry of Digital Transformation, the "Troika" transit payment system is one of the largest in Russia and serves 38 regions of the country.
"As a result of the 'failure,' owners of transportation cards in Moscow and Kazan were unable to pay for tickets, recharge their transit cards, and pay for parking," the press service added.
