The Security Service of Ukraine and Ukrainian intelligence agencies have received information about the preparation of provocations on the international stage by Russian special services directed against Ukraine. The main goal of the adversary is to reduce the support of foreign partners and attempt to divide Ukrainian society from within.

According to the plans of Russian special services, the conduct of a large-scale information-psychological operation is intended to change the attitudes in partner countries of the anti-Russian coalition and encourage representatives of the Ukrainian political establishment to declare narratives about the necessity of a negotiation process with Russia under conditions of freezing the war.

The specified statements by Russian special services were planned to be actively supported through pro-Russian political forces in foreign countries.

Among the enemy's plans is the involvement of individual Ukrainian politicians in information-psychological operation during their visits to third countries.

Based on counterintelligence data received, information about the planned meeting between the leader of the "European Solidarity" party, Petro Poroshenko, and Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who consistently expresses an anti-Ukrainian position, is considered in this context. Orban is known to be a 'friend of Putin' and calls for lifting sanctions against Russia.

Russia planned to use this meeting (like other 'working meetings' of domestic politicians with representatives of states that promote pro-Russian narratives) in its information-psychological operations (IPSO) against Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine addressed the Office of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a proposal to take into account the information about the enemy's plans during the organization and coordination of foreign trips for Ukrainian delegations.

Therefore, the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada did not grant permission for the foreign business trip of a Ukrainian deputy who was intended to be an instrument in the hands of Russian special services.
