The Vitagro Group plans to begin the first phase of construction work in the new ABC Hub industrial park (IP) in Khmelnytskyi region in the second half of 2025, and expects to launch production lines by the end of 2028.

According to the group’s press release, the 11-hectare industrial park will host enterprises engaged in agro-raw material processing, food production, packaging manufacturing, as well as warehouse complexes, research centers, laboratories, logistics infrastructure, and retail facilities.

The government of Ukraine registered the ABC Hub IP during a cabinet meeting on Wednesday. The initiative to establish the park came from the private production and commercial company Budzalizobeton, which is part of the Vitagro Group.

The group reports that the total investment in the project is estimated at UAH 1.65 billion.

“In the first phase, the Vitagro Group will invest UAH 127 million of its own funds for preparatory and land works, design, network connection, and infrastructure preparation of the territory. Later, Vitagro plans to invest about $35 million in the ABC Hub,” the press release states.

The initiator or managing company of the industrial park may receive up to UAH 150 million from the state on a co-financing basis for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure.

According to project estimates, at least 350 new jobs will be created at the park — about 300 of them at production facilities, and the rest administrative.

“The salary level is expected to be 30–45% higher than the regional average,” the press release states.

The group expects a significant economic impact — ABC Hub’s gross domestic product is projected to reach UAH 6.9 billion in 2027 and up to UAH 13.7 billion in 2033.

“As a result, more than UAH 13 million will be paid annually into local budgets in the form of personal income tax, the single social contribution, and the military levy,” the group’s press service notes.

Founded in 1998, the Vitagro Group is one of Ukraine’s largest industrial groups, with assets in the agricultural, energy, processing, construction, and chemical industries. It owns enterprises in the Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kyiv regions. It cultivates about 90,000 hectares of land and is engaged in livestock farming, horticulture, renewable energy, fertilizer and feed production, construction, and the production of building materials.

During the full-scale invasion, the group built and launched five processing enterprises. Vitagro’s head office is located in Khmelnytskyi.
