President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, who earlier submitted his resignation.

The corresponding decree of the head of state No. 868/2025 was published on the President’s website.

“The dismiss Andriy Borysovych Yermak from the position of Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine,” the document states.

Earlier today, Zelensky announced that Yermak had submitted a resignation letter. The President added that tomorrow he will hold consultations on who could take over this institution.

“I am grateful to Andriy because Ukraine’s position in the negotiation track has always been represented by him exactly as it should be. It was always a patriotic position. But I want to avoid rumors and speculation,” the President noted.

According to Zelensky, at the upcoming talks with the American side, Ukraine will be represented by the Chief of the General Staff, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, intelligence services, and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.

Yermak heads the Ukrainian delegation in the negotiation process with the United States and other international partners — the relevant decree was signed by President Zelensky on November 22.

On Friday, November 28, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted searches at the home of Andriy Yermak. No one has been notified of suspicion so far; investigative actions are ongoing.

Zelensky appointed Yermak as Head of the Presidential Office on February 11, 2020. From October 2019 to June 2020, he was a member of the supervisory board of the state concern Ukroboronprom. From May 2019 until February 11, 2020, he served as an aide to the President of Ukraine. Before that, he worked for many years in legal practice and public activities.
