Kremlin propaganda, using foreign experts, is again trying to harm the development of relations between NATO and Ukraine.

On the eve of the summit of NATO Defense Ministers Russia launched a disinformation campaign aimed at discrediting the leadership of the Alliance and preventing the provision of defense support to Ukraine.

This time, the Russian propagandist v.solovyov spreads the words of the Cuban-born American lawyer and writer Alfred-Maurice de Zayas, former UN independent expert on the Promotion of a Democratic and Equitable International Order:

«Stoltenberg should accept that NATO made a mistake by expanding to the very frontiers of Russia and that such expansion constituted a threat to international peace and security within the meaning of article 39 of the UN Charter»

Thus, the Kremlin is once again spreading the narrative «that Russia is doing everything to restore international peace and security, unlike NATO».
