In the first three months of 2025, the Russian Federation dropped 10,577 guided aerial bombs on Ukraine, according to the press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense.
"In March, Russian aviation increased its use of guided bombs to approximately 4,800, compared to 3,370 in February. In total, enemy tactical aviation dropped 10,577 guided bombs in the first three months of 2025," the statement said.
Additionally, despite ongoing ceasefire negotiations, the number of frontline battles in March increased compared to February, reaching 4,270 clashes versus 3,274. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 12,631 combat engagements.
The Ministry of Defense also noted that in 2024, Russian forces used approximately 40,000 guided aerial bombs.
