The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, said that Russian banks are trying to circumvent the sanctions.

He wrote about this in the Telegram.

"The fifth package of EU sanctions affected the four largest banks in Russia, which allowed their clients to trade in securities. After the sanctions, such procedures are prohibited. But sanctioned Sberbank, VTB, Alfa-Bank, and Otkrytie transfer foreign assets to brokers." said Yermak.

He stressed that it is currently known that the Sberbank broker will transfer clients with foreign securities to BCS and ATON.

"We will fight for sanctions against BCS and ATON. Our National Securities and Stock Market Commission will monitor every attempt by Russians to circumvent sanctions, and our Western partners and we will respond quickly. All loopholes will be closed to the aggressor." , - the head of OP added.
