The speaker of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Cherevaty, spoke about the TOS-1 heavy flamethrower systems that Russian troops use in the war in Ukraine.

If Western science went to produce high-precision systems for defeat control, then all Russian weapons are completely low-precision," Cherevaty said
