During President Volodymyr Zelensky’s regional visit yesterday, two critical agreements worth nearly 5 billion UAH were signed to meet the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on Facebook, noting that the agreements were signed with domestic defense industry enterprises.
“Our defense sector is strengthening. We support Ukrainian producers – during the visit, two critically important agreements were signed with domestic defense industry companies for nearly 5 billion UAH,” Umerov stated.
He emphasized the importance of these agreements for bolstering the country's defense capabilities.
“We are buying and supporting our own, contributing to the development of our economy and industry,” the Defense Minister highlighted.
