The 39-year-old man received drones, quadcopters, bulletproof vests, knee pads, karemats, medical and other accessories free of charge from the warehouses of volunteer centers for the army’s needs. However, the humanitarian cargo was not delivered to the military formations but sold along the way.

The actions of the malefactor were documented by officers of the Investigative Department of the General Directorate of the National Police in the Odessa region under the operational support of the Security Service of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Odessa Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the military and defense sphere of the Southern region.

During the pre-trial investigation, law enforcement officers established that in three months of illegal activity, the suspect had invaded more than UAH 700,000.
