The Russian army has concentrated about 30 thousand soldiers on the right bank of the Dnieper.

The statement by the commander of the Russian army in Ukraine, Sergei Surovikin, regarding a possible retreat from Kherson may be an informational stuffing. The occupiers have concentrated significant forces on the right bank of the Dnieper, and continue to strengthen due to the mobilized Russians.

This was told by a military expert, former speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev on the FREEDOM TV channel.

"The statements of General Surovikin, local Kherson gauleiters Stremousov and Saldo are most likely connected with a certain information stuffing aimed at deceiving the top military-political leadership and the population of our country, as well as the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the military expert believes.

As Seleznev explained, it is difficult to talk about the retreat of the Russian army, "if about 30 thousand soldiers are currently concentrated on the right bank of the Dnieper."

“Moreover, over the past two weeks, 4-5 battalion tactical groups from among the so-called “mobilized” - partially mobilized Russian citizens were redirected there. Therefore, I think that the Russian Federation is now strengthening its position on the right bank of the Dnieper. More or less they have created logistics across the bridge in the area of ​​Nova Kakhovka with the help of pontoon-bridge crossings that operate in different parts of the Dnieper between Nova Kakhovka and Kherson," he said.

According to Seleznev, despite "certain movements" of Gauleiters and FSB officers from Kherson to the left bank, "more and more resources, forces and means follow in the opposite direction so that the Russian army at least keeps the defense on the right bank of the Dnieper."

As you know, the armed forces of Ukraine are conducting a counteroffensive in the Kherson region on the right bank of the Dnieper.
