The History and Culture Foundation, which organizes the fair, has invited publishers and authors from Ukraine, offering them both a free national stand and an important place in the fair's program in solidarity with Ukraine. At the same time, according to an agreement signed by the Board of Directors of International Book Fairs around the world, Russian publishers, who for many years had their national stand in Warsaw, were denied participation in the fair.

At the collective stand of the Ukrainian Book Institute, you can get acquainted with the publishing offer of almost 35 publishers and institutions, and readers of the Fair will meet well-known and respected authors: Oksana Zabuzhko, who will deliver an inaugural lecture at the official opening of the Book Fair in Warsaw, and Victoria, Tamara Duda (Nut of Grain), Lyubov Yakymchuk and Kateryna Kalytko. Together with the Ukrainian Book Institute and the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland, transportation of books from Ukraine was organized, which is planned to be sold during the Fair. The Book Institute also promised to provide symbolic financial support for the presence of Ukrainian publishers at the Warsaw Fair.

You can talk to Ukrainian writers and figures of Ukrainian culture:
