Business & Legal Infrastructure Forum will take place in Odessa, on July 9, at the Premier Hotel Odesa. It is a new forum, dedicated to the issues of investment attractiveness and legal protection of infrastructure facilities.

The forum will touch upon the topics of rebooting the infrastructure basis of the economy, practical aspects of the implementation of infrastructure facilities and investment protection.

All the processes of privatisation in Ukraine or concessions for infrastructure facilities, developing the potential of ports, overcoming the State monopoly on roads and railway transport, require proper legal support.

The Forum programme includes special reports on the reboot of the infrastructure base of the Ukrainian economy and the development of the digital infrastructure of Ukraine, as well as discussions on the investment potential of Ukraine, practical aspects of the implementation of infrastructure facilities and investment protection.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Council of the Business Ombudsman, People's Deputies of Ukraine, lawyers of leading law firms and legal advisers of large companies dealing with infrastructure projects are invited to the discussions.

In particular, the event will be attended by Vitaliy Belikov, Director of the Legal Department of Ukrposhta, Oleksiy Bonyuk, Head of the Department of Criminal Law Policy for Investment Protection of the Office of the Prosecutor General, as well as Galina Dibrova, Speaker Judge of the South-West Commercial Court of Appeal, member of the Council of Judges of Ukraine and Volodymyr Zubar, Managing Partner of Jurline Law Firm.
