The Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers are preparing for a counteroffensive in the Mykolaiv region. The Russian invaders are trying to restrain the Ukrainian military and are hitting civilian targets.

At the same time, he pointed out that in the past 24 hours alone, they had been hit by rockets 21 times and 28 times by artillery in the Mykolaiv region, resulting in two people being injured.

Kim pointed out that the invaders got into infrastructure facilities and automobile enterprises, and also destroyed part of the electricity supply. Still, by the end of the day the electricity will be restored.

He also added that Major General Dmitry Marchenko returned to Mykolaiv, who will oversee the work of the partisans.
