The Kremlin continues to “clean up” the top leadership of the Russian army and navy

After the defeat of Russian occupation units on land and the destruction of the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation “Moscow”, another phase of repression against the command of the army and navy began.

This was announced on the air of the national telethon by the representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky.

According to the military intelligence of Ukraine, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Igor Osipov, was removed from office and arrested. Investigative actions are being carried out against the Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet Vice Admiral Sergey Pinchuk.

Due to unsatisfactory preparation for hostilities and heavy losses of personnel, weapons and military equipment, he was removed from the post of commander of the 6th Army of Lieutenant General Vladislav Ershov, 1st Panzer Army of the Western Military District Lieutenant General Sergey Kisel and one of the deputies commander.

Also, due to unsatisfactory performance of the set tasks, Major General Arkadiy Marzoev was removed from the post of commander of the 22nd AK of the Southern Military District.

The Kremlin’s repression also affected the rear and security units. Due to the unsatisfactory organization of material and technical support, the group of troops of the Eastern Military District was removed from the post of commander of 103 separate brigades of material and technical support of Colonel M. Ponomarev.
