The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and a Swedish delegation discussed the 2025 support plan, including weapon supplies, military equipment, and funding mechanisms.
During a meeting in Kyiv, Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Defense for European Integration, Serhiy Boiev, met with Brigadier General Johan Axelsson, Director of Testing and Evaluation at Sweden's FMV Agency.
Boiev expressed gratitude for Sweden's military aid, highlighting the effectiveness of Swedish weaponry on the battlefield.
The discussions included Ukraine's request for Nordic countries to provide armored vehicles, artillery systems, and other weaponry to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Both delegations reviewed specific types of armaments Sweden could supply, whether as donations or under purchase agreements.
