The Vatican offered its territory as a neutral place for negotiations between Ukraine and Russia and to become a dialogue mediator.

• Mykhailo Podolyak, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, emphasized that Ukraine has never refused negotiations with Russia. However, for this, it is necessary to withdraw the occupying army from the territory of Ukraine.

• Military expert Oleg Zhdanov expressed an opinion that Russian President Vladimir Putin has changed his position and desperately wants negotiations with Ukraine. After all, he realizes that the Russian army will be defeated on the battlefield, and the military power is unequal.

• The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, during his address at the Climate Summit in Egypt, called on the world to force Russia into real negotiations with Ukraine.
