On October 25, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal held an online meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and Prime Minister of Moldova Natalia Gavrilița within the scope of preparation for the visit of the Associated Trio to the institutions of the European Union. During the conversation, the sides outlined the priorities of tripartite cooperation.

Denys Shmyhal underlined that it is necessary to pool efforts in the main areas of cooperation that should be included in the Declaration of the Eastern Partnership Summit.

"In our view, these priorities should encapsulate: support for the Associated Trio initiative, recognition of European aspirations and the European perspective for countries which are willing to join the European Union and in line with the Copenhagen criteria, support for territorial integrity and strong condemnation of Russia’s aggression, integration into the domestic market of the EU, stability, security and defense cooperation," the Head of Ukrainian government said.
