The international organization AI Ethics and Integrity International Association (AIEI) recognized Ukraine’s contribution to the transparent, responsible, and safe development of artificial intelligence.
The award was presented at the AI Horizon 2025 conference, where global industry leaders discussed the future of technology. Experts highly praised the Ukrainian project—Sandbox for AI and blockchain startups.
Sandbox is a state “sandbox” where Ukrainian technologies are born. Companies can test their products there even if clear laws for them do not yet exist. This allows businesses to grow while enabling the state to ensure that new technologies are safe.
AIEI is an organization that unites a global community of experts to promote standards for ethical artificial intelligence. It develops responsible AI policies, facilitates knowledge exchange across industries, and supports innovations based on principles of integrity and safety.
This award is proof that Ukraine is among the world’s technological leaders. Ukraine actively collaborates with AI Alliance and implements the best international practices. The main goal is for artificial intelligence in Ukraine to develop rapidly while remaining safe and serving people’s interests.
