The Croatian state-owned company Agency Alan d.o.o. will establish cooperation between Ukrainian and Croatian defense enterprises.

The National Association of the Defense Industry of Ukraine (NAUDI) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Agency Alan.

The primary activity of the Croatian company is the import and export of weapons and specialized military equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia.

This memorandum opens new opportunities for cooperation between Ukrainian and Croatian defense enterprises, which are already collaborating within joint projects for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Deepening such cooperation will allow for the creation of effective defense solutions not only for the Ukrainian front but also for the international market.

"This interaction opens up broad opportunities for collaboration between Ukrainian and Croatian defense companies. Our companies are already actively working on joint projects to meet the needs of the Ukrainian military, but by further deepening our cooperation, we can offer effective defense solutions for the global arms market," noted Serhiy Honcharov, Executive Director of NAUDI.

By founding Agency Alan, the Croatian government strictly adhered to its transparency policy, keeping arms trade transparent according to international commitments.

The agency operates within these commitments and in accordance with Croatian legislation, which defines the production, trade, and quality of products.

Agency Alan closely collaborates with the Ministry of Defense (on import, export, and other military matters) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (requesting comments and proposals regarding the political situation for each specific contract).
