The bad performance of Odessa reveals how better is the tourism business model of L'viv. Both cities have an impressive cultural heritage, which can attract cultural tourists in low season. Moreover, it is worth underlying that Odessa was less affected in terms of infected people by Covid-19 epidemic and winter in L'viv is much colder.
