The company Frontline, which specializes in the development and production of robotic systems, announced the launch of serial production of the Buria turret for the 40mm Mk 19 grenade launcher.

Frontline reported that "dozens of operators" have already been trained to work with this weapon, and two batches have already been sent to the front. Production is operating "at full capacity" to release even more units, the startup noted.

"The main feedback from the field? AGLs have never been this precise. RWS Buria enables highly accurate fire at a 2 km distance with a 2-meter margin, allows for rapid target switching, and ensures safe operation of the grenade launcher from cover," Frontline reported.

As the company told Militarny, production is fully secured with orders for the first quarter of 2025, funded by direct orders from military units. Frontline is currently working on expanding its capacity to meet the demand from the military for robotic, remotely controlled systems.

"Plans include combining the turret's targeting system with data from reconnaissance UAVs to transmit strike coordinates in real-time," the startup shared about its plans.
