On June 11, Ukrposhta puts into circulation the postage stamp "© UEFA EURO 2020 TM". It is timed to the European Football Championship Euro 2020, which was postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The stamp will be issued with a circulation of 140,000 copies and a face value of F (equivalent to UAH 17). The stamp depicts the main elements of the concept of visual design © UEFA EURO 2020 TM: the bridge - a universal symbol of communication, fans and the official Henri Delaunay Cup.

Earlier, Ukrposhta put into circulation 29 postage stamps and blocks on football issues. In particular, they were dedicated to Ukrainian football, anniversaries of FIFA, UEFA, FIFA World Cup CUP 2006, © UEFA EURO 2012 TM to the UEFA Champions League Final Kyiv 2018.

In addition to this, in the first quarter of 2021, Ukrposhta took 36th place among 198 countries in the global PwC ranking for the quality of express delivery of international EMS shipments, surpassing the United Kingdom (51st place), Latvia (53rd place), China (59th), Belgium (79), the Netherlands (95) and others.

The improvement of Ukrposhta's position in the PwC rating is a natural result of our actions aimed at improving the service we received during the coronavirus crisis. Over the past year, we have strengthened the charter program to the United States, established the transfer of customs data to postal operators and customs services of other countries, improved delivery times and made them open to users.

The most important criteria by which postal services are evaluated are the timeliness of delivery and export (on-time delivery and on-time export). In the first quarter of 2021, this figure in Ukrposhta reached 97% and 94%, respectively. In the first three months of this year, Ukrposhta significantly increased the quality of Customer Service Response Quality to 94% compared to the annual figure of 2020, which amounted to 84%.

The rating also took into account the timeliness and correctness of information transfer to partners (On-time transmission) - this figure at the end of the first quarter was a record 89% Ukrposhta can send EMS shipments to more than 100 countries in 4,000 automated branches of the company. From the end of February, international EMS express shipments can be issued on the company's website through the "personal account" and API. Delivery times for EMS shipments to 60 key countries are updated monthly on the company's website.

What we did turned out to be even more than in the post offices of China, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Hungary and others. Currently, Ukrposhta delivers 70% of EMS shipments within seven days. But for our team this is not a reason to stop: in the next year and a half we will make the service available throughout Ukraine, even in the smallest villages, launch additional flights and open new directions of international delivery.
