Kolonist Winery

The "Kolonist" represents the pride of the Plachkov family - the result of devotion and expression of love and passion for the native land and its generosity. The Plachkov family founded the family winery in 2005 to produce premium wines.

Kolonist Winery is located in one of the best Ukrainian wine regions - Danube Bessarabia (southern Odessa region), where viticulture has been a long tradition since the Greeks and Thracians first discovered these fertile lands.

The wines are made from grapes grown on the southwestern slopes of the largest freshwater lake in Ukraine - Yalpug. Due to the sloping landscape, the vineyards receive double sunlight - from the sun and reflected from the surface of the lake, as well as well blown by the winds. The vineyards are pruned by the method of Guyot and Border. The geographical location at the same latitude as Bordeaux (France) and Piedmont (Italy) provides an excellent opportunity to grow grapes in the best climatic conditions. Loamy soils with high mineralization, with deep deposits of limestone.

The combination of unique terroir and the latest equipment from France, Germany and Italy together with traditional barriques made of 100-year-old French oak gives the Kolonist the full right to be proud of the high quality of his wines.

The planting area of ​​the vineyards is 33 hectares, the plans are to lay another 4-5 hectares. The density of planting vines: 3500 bushes per 1 hectare. The age of the vine is from 9 to 15 years. French oak barriques are used to age the wine. Shelf life from 6 to 9 months.

"Agrocopital" Company LLC

Kamenka, Izmail district, Odessa region

The full-cycle enterprise, located in the south of the Odessa region, on the border with Romania, is 15 km from the Danube River, at the 45th parallel, as the province of Bordeaux.

The company "Agrocopital" was founded in 2002, the main activity of the company is the cultivation, processing of grapes and bottling of wine.

Today the company can process 180-220 tons of grapes per day. The capacious park allows to store about 1200 tons of wine material. In 2017, a bottling line was installed and opened, an Italian bottling line with a bottling capacity of 4,000 bottles per hour was installed. Today, the company is ready to pour 1,500,000 bottles of wine for the 2016,2017,2018, 2019 harvest.

The vineyards of the enterprise cover an area of ​​200 hectares. Soils chernozem southern. The varietal composition of grapes was carefully selected taking into account the zoned varieties in the Bessarabian region. The age of the vine is 16-17 years. The density is 2222 units of bushes per hectare.

White grapes: Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon.

Red grape varieties: Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot, Noir, Hamburg Muscat, Odessa Black.

ТМ «PAVA»

Zorya, Belgorod - Dniesterovsky district, Odessa region

PAVA was established in 2017 and was bottled at the WINTREST winery, which is known for its own vineyards (650 hectares), which were laid in the period from 1998 to 2006. Certified seedlings of direct clones of grapes of French and German selection were used during the bookmarking. The full cycle company could meet all the requirements of the newly created brand.

In 2020, the bottling of PAVA was moved to the company "YUGVINPROM, located in the heart of one of the oldest wine regions of Ukraine. YUGVINPROM, which was established in 2004 based on the well-known Soviet-era Saratov winery, is now a modern winery with 3 bottling lines for sparkling (6,000 bottles / hour) and still (3,000 bottles / hour) wines. Bottling lines are equipped with Italian equipment.

White grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Muscat.

Red grape varieties: Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Saperavi.

National Research Center "Institute of Viticulture and Enology named after Tairov"

Tairovo, Ovidiopol district, Odessa region

National Research Center "Institute of Viticulture and Enology named after V.Tairova” is a recognized research center on viticulture, nursery and winemaking, which fruitfully develops at the present level the scientific traditions established by V.Ye. Tairov and his associates. Areas of activity of the institute: scientific substantiation of perspective development of viticulture and winemaking of Ukraine, transfer of grape nurseries of Ukraine on a certified basis, improvement of assortment and increase of the genetic potential of grape varieties and clones, development of new brands of wines from grape varieties selected by NSC "IViV im. V.Ye. Tairov" and other areas.

The area of ​​plantations is 22 hectares of table, technical and rootstock varieties and grape clones. The general repository of varieties and clones of table and technical directions of use makes more than 2500 genotypes.

Location of vineyards: the western exposition of the slopes of the Dry Estuary, on the southern low-humus, medium and heavy loam chernozems, where the climate is warm and arid. Grape plantations were laid in 2004-2019. The preferred planting scheme is 3x1.5 m with a total number of bushes per hectare - 2222 units.

The institute conducts tasting tours. The purpose of which is to promote wine culture. During the tour, visitors are introduced to the centuries-old history of the institute, with the main activities, offered to visit the Wine Museum of Ukraine. During the tasting and presentation of wines made exclusively from grape varieties selected by the institute for innovative technologies, a line of world types of wines is offered.

Small experimental batches (up to 200 liters) are produced annually to study the basic technical characteristics of new varieties and forms and to improve wine production techniques (still wines, fortified wines, etc.). Constant range of wines: Quiet dry white, Quiet semi-dry white, Quiet semi-sweet white, Quiet sweet white, Quiet dry pink, Quiet dry red, Quiet semi-sweet red, Quiet sweet red, Fortified white, Fortified red.

White grape varieties: Sukholimansky white, Muscat Odessa, Zagreus, Aromatic, Yarilo, Arcadia and others.

Red grape varieties: Odessa black, Rubin Tairovsky, Aivaz and others.

Frumushika-Nova winery

Construction of the Frumushica-Nova farm began in the summer of 2006 on the site of the Moldovan villages of Frumusica-Nova and Rosia, which were evicted in the spring of 1946 due to the formation of a military training ground. The wine cellar was one of the first three buildings of the Frumushiki-Nova winery, its construction lasted only 45 days.

Today, the winery has a full production cycle, the production of which reaches 16 thousand liters per year. Equipped with high-tech equipment, where fermentation takes place under full control of temperature conditions. Stainless steel tanks are used in production. Oak cod is used to age the wine.

Natural wine is made according to a traditional family recipe and does not contain preservatives, made from the best local varieties of grapes, which must be collected by hand. The area planted with vineyards is 6 hectares of fruitful grapes, and the winery has a license to produce alcoholic beverages.

White grape varieties: Lemon Magaracha, Rkatsiteli, Sukholimansky white, Sauvignon Blanc.

Red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Odessa Black, Merlot, Pinot Noir.

There are wineries on the territory, a complex of green tourism is developed, and in the wine cellar wine tastings are held under the stories and descriptions of each of the presented varietal compositions of wine. The tastings feature from 7 to 11 varieties of wine, the range of which changes annually. The tasting room seats up to 15 guests. New production facilities, a shop and a tasting room are also being built.

"Stoyanov" Farm

Kiliya, Kiliya district, Odessa region

"Stoyanov" is located at the mouth of the Danube, the city of Kiliya was founded by the ancient Greeks. Since then, the local population has been engaged in viticulture, horticulture and winemaking. Georgy Stoyanov founded his farm in 1991.

The production volume is 5 thousand liters per year. Stainless steel tanks are used in production. Oak barrels of Ukrainian production is used for aging wine. Equipment for processing berries of Italian production.

The planting area of ​​the vineyards is 11 hectares, which are successfully located on the banks of the river Kyslytska, near the winery. The density of planting grapes is 2222 bushes per 1 hectare. Age of the vine from 7-15 years. Local soils are sub-sandstones.

White grapes: Chardonnay, Muscat Odessa, Pleven.

Red grape varieties: Odessa black, Golodriga raisins.
