Currently, more than 120 specialists work for SoftServe in Odessa on more than 15 projects in the fields of cybersecurity, medicine and others.
In the new office there are 32 employees, in the future their number is going to increase to 50.
This winter, SoftServe is opening two more office spaces in Uzhgorod and Khmelnitsky, and has already launched a coworking space in Vinnitsa.
The new location will operate in coworking mode, since it opens during a pandemic. This means that the specialist does not have a fixed place, but it can be booked for a specific day. At the same time, the company intends to continue its hybrid work format. Within its framework, specialists independently choose how it is more convenient for them to work - from home or office - and balance between them.
