From January 25 to February 2, the Ukrainian art festival "Kyiv Art Session" is taking place in London, Cambridge, and Oxford, featuring director and musician Serhiy Fomenko. The main goal is to raise funds for restoring heat and functionality in homes, hospitals, and other critical infrastructures damaged by Russian aggression.

The events are co-organized by the Dom Maiister Klass Cultural Center, the "Watch Ukrainian!" Association, with support from the "MHP-Community" Foundation, Winner Company, and with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The festival will feature the opening of an exclusive art exhibition, a Ukrainian music concert, and public discussions. Additionally, the documentary film "People of Steel" will be screened. The film covers true events that took place from February to May 2022 during the Battle of Mariupol, in the besieged city surrounded by Russian troops. Visitors will also hear the story of the continued struggle by the families of Mariupol defenders and Azovstal for the release of their loved ones from captivity. The war for freedom, independence, and the lives of Ukrainians is still ongoing. Ukrainian soldiers, People of Steel, stand guard over Ukraine, European, and global security.
