On December 28, 2022, head of the national standardization body Oleh Shvydkyy signed an order on a batch adoption of CEN-CENELEC European regulatory documents in Ukraine.
The national standardization body of Ukraine, with the support and direct involvement of Director of the Department of Technical Regulation of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine Oleksandr Pankov, collaborated with CEN-CENELEC experts to update the database of European standards and examine the legal framework, which provided the possibility of batch adoption of European standards as Ukraine’s national standards.

The adoption and integration of European standards into the Ukrainian economy will allow to ratify the ACAA Agreement faster, open new opportunities and prospects for Ukrainian business.
