The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Successful Viticulture and winemaking" will take place on February 10-11, 2022, in Odessa. On the basis and with the support of the National Scientific Centre «V.Ye. Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking» NAAS of Ukraine.

The event participants will discuss the effective care of vineyards, modern technologies in winemaking, and production of cognacs, grappa, chacha, and other beverages and grape products. Everyone who wants to develop the wine industry will come to the conference to show that Ukrainian winemaking is powerful. Organisers: media group "Technology and Innovation" and National Scientific Centre «V.Ye. Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking» NAAS of Ukraine. Public Union "Association of Gardeners, Grape Growers and Winemakers of Ukraine" supports the conference. Scientific patronage is provided by the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies.

February 10

The conference programme includes speakers of wine industry specialists and representatives of technology companies providing services to winegrowers and winemakers. There will be an exhibition-presentation of the products of the wineries and vineyards, an exhibition of equipment and materials for the production of wine and cognac, an exhibition of technologies for growing table and technical grapes. And new grape varieties will be presented on the conference. In addition, there will be a tasting of grape wines and strong grape drinks. Ukrainian and foreign experts, representatives of leading wine technology companies, scientists, winegrowers, and winemakers will share their experiences during the conference.

Speakers will talk about the situation in Ukrainian viticulture, outline the main problems and ways of solving them, present modern technological solutions for vineyard caring, innovative systems of organic nutrition, and bioprotection of grapes. Participants will learn how to enter the wine market and be competitive in Ukrainian and foreign trade networks. Speakers will talk about the latest technologies for making wines and cognac, chacha, whiskey, sparkling wines, vermouth, and other beverages. Therefore, the conference is a powerful platform for further developing your own business.

Wine tour to the craft wineries of Odessa region and to growing table and technical grapes enterprises. Participants of the conference will visit well-known enterprises in the region, see how successful winemakers organize their business in practice, and develop it. There will also be a master class on winter grape pruning.
