In Moldova, military exercises are being conducted near the border of Transnistria, just 22 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. The country's Ministry of Defense informs about this on Facebook.
According to the statement from the ministry, from December 17 to December 22, the military personnel of the 22nd peacekeeping battalion will undergo training at the Bulboaca Training Center.
"In connection with this, military vehicle movements will be organized on national roads during the specified period," the Ministry of Defense states.
The military training will be conducted in accordance with the National Army Training Plan for the year 2023, as indicated by the department.
