Today, November 13, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the inclusion of the industrial park “NEXUS Odesa” in the Register of Industrial Parks. The park has been established for a period of 30 years on the territory of the Nerubayska territorial community in the Odessa district of Odessa region.

The initiative is led by LLC “Ecostandart Service,” which plans to attract over UAH 747.7 million from various sources, including its own investments, funds from the managing company, state incentives, private financing, and contributions from future participants. For the project launch in 2025–2028, approximately UAH 60 million of the initiator’s own funds is planned.

The total area of the industrial park is 21.61 hectares. The creation of “NEXUS Odesa” is expected to provide around 1,000 new jobs.

“Industrial parks are a concrete mechanism of the ‘Made in Ukraine’ policy. ‘NEXUS Odesa’ is a new industrial hub in the south that will promote the development of the processing industry and local economy, increase employment, attract modern production technologies, and create modern industrial infrastructure in the region. Projects like this turn communities into points of economic growth,” said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

According to the concept, the “NEXUS Odesa” territory will host enterprises in the following sectors:

  • Food production
  • Beverage production
  • Machinery and equipment manufacturing
  • Production of metal building structures and products
  • Production of construction materials
  • Alternative energy

Inclusion of the industrial park “NEXUS Odesa” in the Register will enhance the investment attractiveness of Odessa region, provide additional revenues to local budgets, and contribute to the development of Ukraine’s industrial potential.
