Ukraine has several advantages. The first is the local "talent market". For the second is that everyone speaks Russian. And those guys who come from Belarus find it a little easier. There are issues with migration legislation, but Ukrainian government is actively involved in resolving them. And fourth, the tax conditions in Ukraine are very favorable, even more favorable than in Belarus.
Mikita Mikado, the founder of PandaDoc
Mikado added that the company will use the standard system of doing business in Ukraine.
