Belarus has once again extended its joint military exercises with the Armed Forces of Russia. They will continue at least until November 5th.
This information comes from the Telegram channel of the monitoring group 'Belaruski Hayun'.
"The Domanove and Obuz-Lesnovsky training grounds are operating without interruption, while others will be on the weekend of October 28 and 29," the press service reported.
The training at the training grounds will continue from October 30 to:
- Borisovsky General Military Training Ground (Borisov district) until November 4th.
- Grodno district's Gozhsky training ground for the 6th Separate Motorized Brigade (Grodno district) until November 3rd.
- Brest district's Brestsky training ground for the 38th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade (Brest district) until November 4th.
- Osipovichi district's Osipovitsky training ground for the 51st Separate Airborne Brigade (Osipovichi district) until November 3rd.
- Neman 212th Aviation Training Ground (Novogrudok district) until November 3rd.
- Baranovichi district's Obuz-Lesnovsky General Military Training Ground (Baranovichi district) until November 5th.
- Domanove 174th Training Ground for Air Force and Air Defense Forces (Ivacevichi district) until November 5th.
- Lepel 19th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade's Lepelsky training ground (Lepel district) until November 4th.
"The training has been ongoing continuously since April 29, 2022. The total number of extensions is 79 weeks," the press service added.
During the war, Russians used Belarus to launch attacks on Ukraine.
