The Ukrainian CLOTEX-HUB has become the first hub from Ukraine to officially join the European network of innovation hubs (EENI) under the EU program Digital Europe.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The hub is located in the Khmelnytskyi region and brings together Khmelnytskyi National University, the Podil Fashion Cluster, the Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster, and the Sustainable Development Agency ASTAR. Its areas of focus include:
- Implementing VR/AR, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity for developing new solutions;
- Providing testing infrastructure for trialing new technologies;
- Training and supporting entrepreneurs to develop digital transformation skills;
- Assisting in obtaining scholarships and grants for developing technological initiatives.
"Joining the European network of digital innovations opens access for local entrepreneurs to European practices, experiences, and solutions that make businesses technological and competitive. This is a step towards integrating Ukrainian businesses into the European innovation environment, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to adapt more quickly to the modern market demands," according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation
The EENI serves as support centers for small and medium-sized enterprises and government institutions, helping implement digital technologies to improve production, products, and services.
