The main intelligence directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that in Syria, Russian operators of Iranian-made UAVs are being trained.
The training for Russians is being conducted by the "Hezbollah Police" and the "Iranian Revolutionary Guard" at the Syrian military airbase Shayrat.
The Lebanese-Iranian-Russian training programme includes mastering the Shahed-136 and Ababil-3 UAVs, as well as the remotely piloted aircraft Raad.
Military training is led by one of Hezbollah's commanders, Kamal Abu Sadiq, who specializes in the production and maintenance of drones.
Syrian mercenaries are also undergoing training alongside the Russians, whom Moscow plans to employ in the war against Ukraine as UAV operators.
