The first tranche under the Ukraine Facility programme of 50 billion euros will be delivered to Ukraine as early as March. The EU will continue to support its future member.

According to the President of the European Commission, the political agreement on the program reached on the evening of February 5 is an important step forward.

On February 1, during the summit, the leaders of the European Union approved the allocation of 50 billion euros for Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program for the years 2024-2027.
On February 5, the Council of the EU and the European Parliament reached a preliminary agreement on the creation of a new instrument to support the recovery, reconstruction, and modernization of Ukraine, called the Ukraine Facility.
The document is to be approved by the European Parliament at the plenary session scheduled for February 26-29, 2024.
